This is my favorite pic of her holding on to grandpa's finger
Baby Girl
This is our baby girl at 16 weeks. It was such an amazing thing to see her moving and count all of her fingers and toes for the first time. I know I bawled and Chris won't admitt it, but he was pretty emotional as well.
It's a girl!
She's going to be a dancer
Our Family

The Princess
Our own sweet angel. Loves dancing to any music, reading books, and waking up daddy in the morning. Can't live without her blankets, her binky and milk. She has a smile that lights up a room! Hopes to one day go to DisneyLand!
The ANGEL
We are so excited to have little Audrey Lynn in our family! She was born October 5th, 2010 at 8:51 pm and was 7 lbs 12 oz and was 21 1/2 inces long. She has been such an ANGEL baby really. She eats great, sleeps great and yes she even poops great. We are so grateful to have her here and so excited for Lydia to finally be a BIG sister!
The Dog
Loves running along the canal, playing fetch in water, and giving Liddy kisses. Always happy and hyper, and one great dog!
Together...we are FAMILY!
Audrey's 1 year Check up!
Well Audrey had her 1 year check up. Poor thing I did her shots at the Utah County health to try to save money (our insurance is a joke.) Anyways she ended up having to get 6 shots including her flu shot. My dr. is glad that at her 18 month check up he will be able to do her shots because he doesn't rush them like they do. Anyways Dr. Boettger is happy with her growth and progress. She weighed 21 lbs 50% (feew...she has been in a rear facing upright car seat for a while...opps) She is 28" 45% and her head is in the 75% (ha ha ha!) She is a sassy little girl. She was an angel baby and somewhat of a stinker as a toddler but she sure is a lot of fun. She is crawling all over and will walk along things or with her walker but not super interested in trying to venture out on her own yet. I am ok with that...Chris seems to think the longer they crawl the more athletic they are (ha ha ha...so maybe Auds will be our athlete!) Overall we love this little girl, she is a great sleeper taking two LONG naps a day and sleeps from 7:30-8:30ish. She loves to eat, we have nick named her miss piggy she will eat just about ANYTHING!!! We love her to death and sure are happy to have this little girlie!
Audrey 9 months
Audrey had her 9 month which just reminds me just how fast she is growing up. Her stats were 18lbs 30% height 26" 30% and I don't remember how big her head was but it was the 75%. She is crawling and pulling herself up. She has a new obsession CHE' any time he is anywhere near she gets so excited. She has started talking saying mama, dada, diddy (liddy), uh oh. She has also been teething like crazy, she is starting to get her two top vampire teeth as we call them. She is such a joy and is quite the little spit fire. She loves her daddy, and gets so excited any time he is around. We love our Auddy and feel so blessed to have her in our family!
Audrey 6 month
Audrey at 6 month's is nothing but fun. We had her check up she weighed 15lbs 8 oz (30%) she was 25 inches (25%) She plateaued a little both on height and weight but the dr. said that is very typical. He was impressed with her smiles and giggles, and how much she loved being on her feet. She got a couple of shots and did amazing, I would almost say barley a whimper from that little girly. She is so much fun, and everyday it seems that she get's more interactive. She is sitting on her own, and loves to play with toys. She is an absolute angel and such a joy in our family!
Audrey at 4 months
Well Audrey had her 4 month check up and it seems that we have one healthy baby. Her stats are 24 1/2"-30% 15 lbs-90% 16 1/2cm-75% . Dr. Boettger was happy with her smiling and giggling. He gave us the go ahead for solids, and just like Lydia we introduced them slowly. She didn't really like the rice cereal too well but now loves them all (pears, bananas, sweet potatoes, carrots and anything else you give her!)
18 month check up!
Well we took Lydia in for her 18 month check up and got a few immunizations (including the H1N1 vaccination.) She is right on track and developing well. She is 32 1/4 inches tall (60%), 24 lbs (45%) and her head is 47.5 cm (80%) She is talking a ton and walking and running like the doctor would hope to see. She was so funny they checked her iron levels and she literally just sat there while they pricked her toe, she didn't make even a peep. But for the shots it was a different story. I can't believe how big my baby is getting I wish there was a way to keep her just the way she is!
1 year Check up
Well we went in for Lydia's 1 year check up and she weighed 20.8 lbs which is in the 50th percentile and 29 inches long and is in the 40th percentile. She is right on track and developing in every way possible. It was also pretty funny because Lydia actually took her first steps at her appointment. Dr. Boettger was really surprised with how much she is talking and says it will make for a happier toddler.
9 month check up
Well Lydia had her 9 month check up on the 22nd of January. It was so fun to see how much she has grown. She weighs 17.1 lbs and is in the 30% which is a huge jump from the 15th %. She is 27 inches long and also in the 30% for height. And her head is in the 80%, what can I say she's going to be a very smart kid (ha ha ha!) Anyways Dr. Boettger is very happy with how she is developing, every question he asked about her development she is doing which put's my mind at ease as a mother. It is always a little nerve wracking when they start asking questions, because you can only hope that you are doing what you are supposed to as a mother! Anyways she got her iron level checked and was ok and her polio immunization which was so sad. But we love our little peanut and are so happy with how much she is growing and changing!
6 Month check up
Well we took Lydia to her Dr. 6 month check up. She weighs 12.14 lbs, is 25 inches and I can't remember her head I think it was 43. She is only in the 8% for weight, but the doctor didn't seem too worried. He reassured me that someone has to be in the 8th percentile. She is in the 35% for height and 50% for her head size. She got her immunizations, but only got part of them because she got her flu shot as well. She actually did a lot better this time, she slept quite a bit that day but her legs didn't get the goose eggs like last time. Dr. Boettger said I should start introducing a sippy cup, which we tried and she loved (she loves anything she can hold by herself..i.e. bottles even if there isn't anything in it.) He also said we should be expecting teething and crawling before her next big check up so crazy! So over all it was a good appointment...too bad we have to go back next month for the rest of her immunizations!
4 Month check up
Well we went in to Lydia's 4 month check up...even though she is really only 3 1/2 months old. She got her immunizations which Chris was there for, and so sad. And we also got the go ahead for solid foods. I gave her some rice cereal today and the pic show how much she enjoyed it. Anyways the doctor says that she is a healthy baby, although she is on the petite side. She is in the 35% for weight and height she is 12.8 lbs and 23 1/2 inches and 50% for her head she is 41 1/2 cm. Anyways he was also impressed with how much she loves to stand. Basically the whole dr. appointment she stood on Chris lap. Anyways hopefully our next dr. appointment won't be until 6 months!
2 Month check up
Well we went to the doctor's on Friday for her two week check up. She now weighs 10.05 lbs is 21 1/2 inches long and growing fast. I talked to the doctor because Lydia has been spitting up a lot lately, and sometimes it isn't just a drible it is projectile. So he prescribed some medecine for her reflux. It is so amazing she is doing so much better already. Also I asked the doctor about her colic, and basically he said it is because of what I eat. So goodbye to the following foods. Dairy, citric fruits and veggies, chocolate, coliflower, any caffiene. So basically good-bye to cheese, milk, milk shakes, chocolate, spagetti, BLT's...and many more of my favorite foods!
No longer the top dog!
Our poor dog che' has been having quite the time adjusting to having the baby around. He was so used to being the baby for so long that I think he might be a little jealous. The other day I looked out on the back stairs and there he was asleep, and he had stolen one of Lydia's bunnies that someone had given her. It was a pretty sad (and yet cute) sight! I think that he will get more used to it and won't feel so threatened the older Lydia gets and the more he can be around her.
We took pictures with this bunny in the hospital and to track how big she is getting every couple of weeks we are going to take pics of her with the bunny to see the size difference . Her is Lydia with her bunny at 2 days!
